You don’t have ads.txt setup for your domain. If the advertiser is unable to detect the ads.txt information, they are unable to bid on your traffic.

Tips:

1. It could take up to 24hrs for the new ads.txt to be crawlable.
2. When adding a new bidder or demand source, always add their ads.txt information to your pre-existing file and update the one you have uploaded on your root domain.
